Creative Solutions
KAPAS Consultancy was founded in 2015 and incorporated in 2017.
Initially KAPAS Consultancy was built around its founder as he became an arms length consultant working from within a district council in Gloucestershire.
In 2017 it was time to spread the phoenix* wings and attract clients from further afield.
Whilst our core business is using our expertise in Building and Development Control to help authorities to change processes and software, we are also commissioned to act as Intelligent Client for councils switching ICT systems, provide peer reviews and consultancy on a wide range of issues.
* The image at the heart of our logo is that of a phoenix, synonymous with our home town, representing a new beginning - this is often apt for our clients. Our new logo was designed by an amazing local artist.
